Construction set to begin on long-awaited Stephens Valley

Construction will begin on the Williamson County side, with single family homes starting in the upper $400,000 price range, up to over $1 million. Home builders involved in the development include Celebration Homes, DeFatta Custom Homes, Legend Homes, Rochford Realty and Construction Homes and Sipple Homes.
